Jade Elizabeth Rose was born on February 12, 2003, in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Growing up, she was actively involved in various sports, including volleyball, basketball, and swimming, which helped her develop a strong athletic foundation. Rose began her football journey in youth clubs such as Markham SC, Unionville-Milliken SC, and Toronto International YFC, before progressing to NDC Ontario, showcasing her talent from an early age.

Club Career

Rose signed her first professional contract with Manchester City in June 2025, becoming the club's first signing of the summer. She quickly made an impact in the Women's Super League, contributing to her team's success as they clinched the league title in her debut season. During the 2025-26 season, she made 19 appearances and scored her first WSL goal in a decisive 4-1 victory against West Ham United on May 16, 2026. With a solid start to her professional career, Rose continues to develop her skills and make her mark in the league.

International Career

Jade Rose made her senior debut for the Canadian national team in February 2021 during the SheBelieves Cup against Argentina. Since then, she has earned over 40 caps for her country, representing Canada in various international tournaments, including the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in 2018 and the Under-20 Championships. Her contributions have been vital in helping Canada secure a spot in the 2024 Olympic Games.
