Carolin Simon was born on November 24, 1992, in Kassel, Germany. She began her football journey at a young age, joining GSV Eintracht Baunatal's youth team, where she honed her skills as a promising defender. In 2016, she joined Bayer 04 Leverkusen, becoming a regular starter and winning the DFB-Hallenpokal in 2015.
