Early Life & Background
Myrthe Kemper-Moorrees was born on December 12, 1994, in Venray, Netherlands. Growing up in a football-loving community, she began playing the sport at a young age, eventually joining local youth teams that laid the foundation for her professional career. Her early experiences in youth football honed her skills and prepared her for a successful journey in women's football.
Club Career
Kemper-Moorrees made her professional debut with VVV-Venlo on September 2, 2011, where she quickly made an impact by scoring her first league goal against FC Utrecht in May 2012. After a season with VVV-Venlo, she transferred to FC Utrecht, where she continued to develop her game, making her debut on August 24, 2012, and scoring her first goal shortly after. In January 2014, she joined PSV Eindhoven, marking the beginning of a significant chapter in her career. During her first stint with PSV, she made 80 appearances and scored 20 goals, showcasing her versatility as a defender. Following her time at PSV, she played for FC Twente, SC Sand, and 1. FC Köln before returning to PSV in 2024, where she continues to contribute to the team.
International Career
On the international stage, Kemper-Moorrees has represented the Netherlands at various youth levels, including the U17 and U19 teams, where she accumulated a total of 11 caps and scored 2 goals.
